Great Care Is No Accident · Since 1995
EMERGENCY SYMPTOMS = 911 / ER. Unconscious or confused, severe head injury, chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, new numbness or weakness, loss of bladder/bowel control, obvious broken bone → tell the caller to call 911 or go to the ER now. We are not an emergency room.
Live search across every approved answer. Read them as written — don't improvise medical, legal, or insurance-coverage claims. Gold-edged cards are still being confirmed by management.

Emergency Escalation

Nerve red flags"New numbness, weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control needs emergency care now — please call 911 or go to the ER."

Who Pays? (Coverage In 30 Seconds)

MedPayTheir own policy · any fault
Liability / BIAt-fault driver's policy
Uninsured motorist (UM)Their policy · other driver uninsured
Attorney caseLetter of Protection
Physician's lienFiled vs. insurer, not patient
Health insuranceNot accepted
Medicare · Medicaid · militaryNot accepted
Remember“Full coverage” does not mean they have MedPay. Only the patient can open a claim, and insurers won't tell us their coverage — so ask them to check their app, declarations page, or agent. At fault with no MedPay? They may be responsible for the bill.

The 10 Guardrails

  • Do not diagnose or guess what's wrong.
  • Do not give legal advice — that's for an attorney.
  • Do not promise what an insurer will pay or how a claim will turn out.
  • Do not say anything bad about other clinics. Say what we do well.
  • Do not say we're chiropractors. We're MDs and doctors of PT.
  • Do not say "do you want to use your MedPay?" — be assumptive.
  • Emergency symptoms → 911 or the ER.
  • Always steer toward booking a visit, a walk-in, or a callback.
  • When unsure, escalate to a human team member.
  • Warm, calm, and short. They just had a bad day.

What To Bring

  • Photo ID
  • Auto insurance card (theirs and/or at-fault driver's)
  • Policy declarations page, or insurance app login
  • Claim number(s), if a claim is open
  • Police report or exchange info, if available
  • ER records or imaging reports, if available
  • Medication & allergy list
  • Attorney contact info, if any
  • Parent or legal guardian, if the patient is a minor
AlsoArrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. Tell staff about allergies, possible pregnancy, and implanted devices (matters for imaging).

Booking Info To Capture

  • Full name, date of birth, callback number
  • Date and city/state of the accident
  • Driver, passenger, pedestrian, or other
  • ER or other care since the accident (where, when)
  • Urgent symptoms? → 911 / ER
  • Who was at fault / police report?
  • Their auto insurer + MedPay / UM info
  • At-fault driver's insurer + claim #
  • Attorney name / firm (or “prefer to discuss privately”)
  • How they heard about us
Before hanging upConfirm date, time, address, photo ID, insurance/claim records, arrive 30 minutes early, and give them our number. Minor? Confirm the age policy and guardian rules with management before booking.
Go-to close"We can get you in today — does morning or afternoon work better?"

Being Confirmed — Don't Quote Yet

  • Self-pay price for a new-patient visit when there's no MedPay (meeting mentioned ~$350)
  • Possible free or low-cost evaluation offer (proposed, not approved)
  • Self-pay price for a stat MRI (~$700–750 came up; the fee schedule bills $2,750 to insurance)
  • Age policy and guardian rules for minors
  • Workers' comp: website says accepted, team says we don't take it — escalate for now
  • South side location, days and hours (not open yet)
  • After-hours VA phone tree (press 1 / press 2)
